Thermoplastic Olefins - TPO 

Agprene TPO range of thermoplastic elastomers are compounds with Partially cross linked rubber in a continuous thermoplastic matrix having superior Properties to that of thermoplastic Polyolefin's or TPO's which have no cross-linking of the rubber phase of the plastic and rubber compositions.

• No external plasticizers added.

• TPO is easily processed by injection molding, profile extrusion and thermoforming.
• TPO cannot be blown.

Major application of the TPO is in outdoor applications such as roofing because it does not degrade under solar UV radiation, a common problem with nylons. Other application include the following.

Automotive: Profile, Gaskets for windows seals, Lip seals, Coextruded Automotive gaskets, Steering wheels, Bushings, Bellows, Gear Knobs, Petrol tubes.

Home Appliances: Refrigerator gaskets, Trims, Grips for Door handle, Suitcase and other.

Medical Applications: All disposable IV sets, Urine bags etc.

Industrial Applications: Tubes for Industrial Hoses and tubes, Chemical Tubing, Co Extruded Spiral Hoses etc.

Footwear: Safety Shoes, Industrial shoes with highly abrasion, Oil, Chemicals and weather resistant and Sport shoes .
